We have collaborated with the very talented Olivia Sewell on a collection of limited-edition prints, inspired by Jojo and her everyday life. Olivia is an English illustrator and designer, renowned for her works in Indian Inks, creating joyful prints with a sense of effortlessness. Our timber frames for these limited edition prints are lovingly crafted in England and hand-painted in some of our favourite House Nine colours.
The artist behind Kingmaker Studio, the wonderful Yorkshire-based artist, Calum, has created one-of-a-kind landscape paintings for our Little Art Store, carefully framed in soft linen mounts. Inspired by the North Yorkshire landscape, Calum captures the moody and sepia-toned hues of the rolling hills in their raw beauty. What started as a form of therapy post-cancer treatment is now a celebration of positive mental health and well-being.
We have been admirers of Al Bates for quite some time now, inspired by her beautiful use of nature-inspired colours and textures in her artwork, including her sustainable practice that leaves no waste. Her distinctive still life paintings truly highlight the natural beauty of the everyday items that we in the interiors world are so drawn to. Working together with Jojo, Al has created a small collection of one-of-a-kind pieces just for House Nine’s Little Art Store that have been hand-painted using acrylics and inks on a cotton base.
In collaboration with art curators Cramer & Bell, our virtual art service offers experience and guidance in selecting, sourcing and arranging artwork, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic that reflects the House Nine style.
