We are dedicated to offering timeless designs and beautifully crafted pieces. Each item is carefully selected and presented with great attention to detail, and we strive to ensure that all product descriptions and imagery reflect the true nature of what you will receive. However, variations in colour or appearance can occur due to differences in screen displays and the nuances of print or digital presentation.

Should you require further clarity or wish to view additional images before placing an order, our team would be delighted to assist you.

As many of our pieces are handcrafted, we celebrate the individuality and character that comes with artisanal craftsmanship. Subtle variations in finish, texture, or dimensions, particularly in bespoke furniture, are to be expected and are considered part of the charm. For made-to-order pieces, a tolerance of up to 20% in measurements may apply, and we kindly recommend allowing for this when planning your space.

These natural distinctions and slight imperfections are inherent in handmade items and should not be viewed as flaws, but rather as markers of authenticity. As such, they do not qualify as grounds for return.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask that you notify us within 7 days of dispatch. Returns are accepted for orders delivered within the UK Mainland only. Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please ensure your return includes your name, contact details, and the full return address provided by our team. We recommend using a secure, tracked courier service, as responsibility for the item remains with you until it has been safely received and signed for by a member of our team. Please contact store@housenine.co.uk should you require any further details. 

Upon receipt of the item, we will carry out a thorough inspection and respond within three working days. If the product is found to be faulty, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If no fault is found, a refund will not be issued, and any costs associated with returning the item to you will be the responsibility of the customer.

House Nine Limited is a UK company that upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your Statutory Rights are Not Affected.

Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

  • Items purchased in a sale

  • Made-to-order or bespoke pieces

  • Customised or tailored items

  • Commissioned works

  • Artwork or prints

  • International orders, unless an inherent manufacturing fault is identified

 

Due to the personalised nature of bespoke and made-to-order items, once production has commenced, we are unable to make alterations or offer any form of refund.
